oh shoot! i gained a lot of weigth now from 42kg to be 45.5 kg now. ahh im going to be tembam dayah again.a bit dissapointed of myself.because started from early in this year,i worked so hard to burn fats.it was just because i'd learnt from kim pil suk or IU in dream high drama. i learn how she did her diet.i follow by skipping at least 20 mins a day and did random dances from an hour and nonstop .i made it for two months++!.from 47kg turns to 42kg.it was alot of different to me. because i worked so hard .i rather to wear sweater all the time and not even switch on the fan.just let the sweats flood up my body while i study maybe for two hours i think .
like Kim PilSuk does.breakfast like a queen which you can eat whatever you want.lunch like a princess which you only need to eat simple meal.and the important is when the night comes.you're must only eat a slice of bread and a glass of milk.but i ate some buns and a bottle of cultured milk. like BLISS.i did it regularly for two months++.i've also made a cute calender for 100th days. and everyday i mark and record my weight.
at first it was really hard.but when you you got used to it . it's okay.
then suddenly all changed.my calender was a disaster and i was stopped caunting my weight . i didnt wear my sweater anymore.i do not skipping anymore,i rarely dance.i dont know what the hell am i doing? maybe if i continue it, i must be perfect slim. but what can i do .. i need to focus on my study . it is about 70 days left for UPSR.just need to wait .. :)
